粉引 徳利

黒っぽい土に、白化粧を施した粉引の徳利で、胴の形が少し違って丸いものとやや扁壺のもの。三日月のようにも見えるラインは、白化粧の掛かっていないところで、土の色が見えています。これは、制作の工程の中で、最初に上部を化粧土につけて、乾いてから下部を化粧土につけた際に、隙間が生じた「掛け外し」と呼ばれるもの。本来は隙間ができないようにつけるものの、工程の中で生まれる景色でもあることから、あえて掛け外しています。
