盃 桜

高台のない、底面に少し丸みのある盃で、置いた時にほんの少しゆらゆらと揺れます。
枝垂れ桜を透明感のある赤漆で外側から描いていて、その漆の上からところどころ花にアワビの貝を貼り、枝に銀を蒔いています。
外側は光の反射で貝の色や銀蒔絵の表情が現れたりと変化があり、内側は赤い漆の絵柄の中に、ところどころうっすらと貝の色や光が透けて見えます。
