流れるように滲んだ呉須の葉と、輪郭をくっきり描いた赤絵の八重桜花。絵付けの絶妙な響き合いが味わいを深めています。器の形が珍しく、正面に置く場所によって、色絵の図案が変わるのを愉しめます。この形は古い陶片から作り方を考えたそうで、押型成形によるもの。高台は削り出しです。
